Yes, a patch test is required for certain treatments such as lashes and tinting if you are a new client or haven’t had the treatment in the last 6 months. This must be completed at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Appointments vary between 60 and 90 mins. Some treatments like a lip wax only take 15 mins. All appointment times can be seen on the booking form.

We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and must pay a 50% deposit before future bookings.
We offer a 10-minute grace period where possible. After this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Full treatment fees still apply.
No changes can be made on the day of your appointment. You will receive the treatment that was originally booked.
